Proposals from your own work
Paste a job post, choose the platform and persona, and pick what to lead with: speed, quality, domain expertise or price. Prozilio writes the proposal from that persona’s skills and projects, and a refine chat rewrites any part you want changed.
Personas
Keep several professional identities in one account, for example web developer and AI specialist, each with its own skills, bio and focus. Switching persona changes how your real experience is presented, not the experience itself.
Projects and profile import
Add past projects, work history, education and skills, or import them from an existing PDF CV. Prozilio picks the projects that match each job so the proposal has proof in it.
Resumes and interview prep
Build a resume from the same profile and share it as an unlisted link, or export a PDF on the Full-Time and Agency plans. When a client invites you to talk, Prozilio prepares likely questions for that job with answers drawn from your own projects.
Fiverr gigs
Write gig descriptions with AI and design gig images from editable templates. Saved gigs are capped at one on Side-Gig, two on Full-Time and three on Agency.
Proposal tracking
Mark each proposal as sent, viewed or won, and see which personas and platforms are bringing in work.
The Prozilio Chrome extension
The extension works on Upwork today. As you browse jobs it shows an apply or skip score from 1 to 10 on each one, based on the client’s hire rate, the number of proposals already sent, the client’s spending and hiring history, interviews in progress and invites sent. The score uses no AI, so checking a job costs no credits.
When a job looks worth it, open the side panel, choose a persona and generate the proposal without leaving Upwork. The extension asks for access to job board pages only, and signs in to your Prozilio account.

It gives each Upwork job a score from 1 to 10 using the client’s own record. The five factors are the client’s hire rate, how many proposals the job already has, the client’s spending and hiring history, interviews in progress and invites sent. No AI is used for the score, so it costs no credits.
