Who VantixCRM is for
VantixCRM is for real estate professionals: independent agents who manage their own listings, and agencies and brokerages with several agents working the same pipeline. A single agent can start on the free plan, while an agency can give every agent their own login, assign leads between them and see how each one is performing.
What VantixCRM does
Leads
Capture leads with their source, budget and property preferences, score them, and assign them to the right agent. Work them in a list or on a Kanban board by status, and convert a qualified lead into a deal when it is ready.
Contacts
One database of buyers, tenants, owners and other contacts, organised by contact type and custom groups, with every lead, deal and listing linked to the people involved.
Property listings
Record each property for sale or rent with its type, status, price and currency, location, amenities and a media gallery of photos, videos and documents.
Deals, pipelines and commission
Track every opportunity through pipelines and stages that match the agency’s process, for example separate sales and rental pipelines. Each deal links its contact, listing and agent, and commission can be calculated as a percentage or a fixed fee and split between team members.
Tasks and calendar
Follow-ups, viewings and deadlines as tasks with a due date, priority and assignee, linked to the lead, contact, deal or listing they belong to, and shown on a calendar view.
Communication history
Log calls, emails, meetings, messages and notes against a record, so anyone picking up a client can see what was said and what was promised.
Dashboard and reports
A dashboard with new leads, conversion rate, deals won, deal value and new listings for a chosen date range, plus charts of leads over time and leads by status.
How VantixCRM works
- Connect your lead sources. Website forms and a Houzez-based WordPress property site feed enquiries in, and existing contacts, leads, listings and deals can be imported from a CSV or Excel file.
- Track the work. Leads are scored and assigned, followed up with tasks, and converted into deals that move through your pipeline stages.
- Close and review. Won deals record their value and commission, and the dashboard shows how the team and the pipeline are doing.
Each agency works in its own private workspace. Administrators add users, group them into teams and control what each role can see and change, down to individual modules and actions. Custom fields let an agency record details that are specific to its market.
Integrations and platforms
VantixCRM runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone, with nothing to install. It connects to:
- Houzez, to sync listings and enquiries with a WordPress property website built on the Houzez theme
- Mailchimp, to sync contacts with an email marketing audience
- Google Maps, for addresses and location features on listings
- WhatsApp and email, for notifications to the team about new leads and activity
- An API and webhooks, for connecting marketing tools and internal systems

VantixCRM has a free plan and two paid plans, listed in US dollars on the VantixCRM pricing section. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is needed. Paying annually lowers the monthly price.

Can I import my existing data into VantixCRM?
Yes, contacts, leads, listings and deals can be imported from a CSV or Excel file. You upload the file, match its columns to VantixCRM fields, and the import checks the data before creating records, then shows which rows succeeded and which need fixing. This makes moving from spreadsheets or another CRM straightforward.
