The product
Quevix is an AI social media scheduler for teams and agencies. A user describes an idea or pastes a link, and Quevix drafts platform-ready captions, hashtags and visuals in the brand voice, then lines the posts up to publish. It started life as ScheduleUp and was rebuilt and renamed as Quevix.
It publishes to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and TikTok, with YouTube and Pinterest listed as coming next. The main audience is car dealers, from dealerships to used car lots and rental and leasing businesses, alongside marketing agencies, freelancers who run several clients, travel agencies and small businesses.
The challenge
Posting well on several networks is a daily job. Each post needs its own caption, hashtags and image size, a team needs someone to check it before it goes out, and an agency needs every client kept apart.
Writing every post by hand
A car listing or a travel offer already holds the facts. Retyping them into a caption for each network wastes the time a small team has.
Visuals that match the brand
Small businesses rarely have a designer on hand, so posts drift away from their colours, fonts and tone.
Teams and approvals
Editors should be able to draft without publishing, and managers need one place to approve or send work back.
Agencies with many clients
Each client needs its own accounts, calendar, brand kit and analytics, with staff seeing only the clients they work on.
What we built
One tenant app covers writing, designing, scheduling, approving and measuring posts.

How it works
Quevix is a Laravel 13 application with two front ends that never overlap, plus a separate Next.js marketing site that reads plans from the app over an API.
Layered Laravel backend
Every feature runs controller, DTO, service, repository. Enums carry labels, permissions and state transitions, so rules live in one place.
Tenants and workspaces
Data lives in PostgreSQL. A tenant owns many workspaces and every post belongs to one. Models opt into tenant and workspace scoping, and datetimes are stored in UTC and shown in the tenant’s timezone.
Two front ends
The tenant app is Inertia.js, React 19 and TypeScript with Tailwind CSS. The admin panel is Filament on its own host and its own login guard.
Configurable AI agents
Post copywriter, listing extractor, brand kit designer, content planner and image agents each have an admin-set provider and model, across OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, xAI, DeepSeek, Groq, Mistral and OpenRouter, through the Laravel AI SDK.
Queues and real time
Horizon runs publishing, stats fetching, rendering and media on separate Redis queues. Laravel Reverb pushes updates to the browser over websockets.
Rendering media
Templates are rendered to images by headless Chrome (Browsershot and Puppeteer), and reels and audio are processed with FFmpeg.
Billing
Subscriptions run through Paddle with Laravel Cashier, and plan limits are read from the app by the marketing site.
Safe releases
Deploys run from version tags. Each release is built in its own folder, health-checked after the switch and rolled back automatically if it fails.
Where it is now
Quevix is live at quevix.com, with the app and admin panel on their own subdomains. The marketing site also runs two free AI tools, a car caption generator and a hashtag generator, on the same copywriter the app uses.
