You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time before the 14-day free trial period expires.
- No charges will be applied to your payment method if you cancel within the free trial period.
- Your access to the paid features of ScheduleUp.social will end immediately upon cancellation.
3. Subscription Cancellation After Payment
If you choose to cancel your subscription after the 14-day free trial has ended and payment has been processed:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing period, and no further charges will be applied.
- Annual Subscriptions: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current annual billing period, and no further charges will be applied.
4. Refund Policy
ScheduleUp.social operates a strict “No Refund” policy after the free trial period has ended and a charge has been successfully processed.
- Once the 14-day free trial period has concluded, and your selected payment method has been charged for a monthly or annual subscription, we do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise.
- The free trial period is designed to allow you to fully evaluate the functionality, features, and suitability of ScheduleUp.social before committing to a paid subscription.
- By allowing the free trial to end and the first payment to be processed, you acknowledge and agree that you are satisfied with the service and that the subscription fee is non-refundable.
