ScheduleUp is a social media management platform that allows users to connect their third-party social media accounts (such as X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to manage, create, schedule, publish, and analyze their content.
2. User Accounts
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.
- Account Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Content and Third-Party Platforms
- Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the text, images, videos, and other content you create, upload, or post through our Service (“User Content”).
- License to Us: By using our Service, you grant EqualPixels a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service on your behalf.
- Third-Party Accounts: To use our Service, you must connect your third-party social media accounts. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant us access to these accounts. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and policies of these third-party platforms. Our Service is not sponsored or endorsed by these platforms. We are not liable for any actions taken by these platforms on your account.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it does not violate any laws, regulations, or the terms of service of any third-party platform.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
- Fees: The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription plan you select.
- Billing: We will bill you in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings.
- Payment Method: A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the subscription fees to that payment method.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice of any fee changes before they become effective.
- Refunds: All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EqualPixels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
